	橙带蓝尺蛾主要寄主罗汉松属和陆均松属植物，分布范围较窄，但其分布地国家与我国有密切的贸易往来。针对橙带蓝尺蛾开展其生物学特征的概述，在归纳的基础上进行进一步风险分析，并结合已有的半定量风险分析数据，实现对有害生物风险高低的评价。得出结论：橙带蓝尺蛾在我国的风险级别为中等到高风险之间。结合分析提出了关于橙带蓝尺蛾的检疫管理措施。<br />
The host of the pest Milionia basalis Walker, 1854 was in the genera of Podocarpus and Dacrydium. Their distribution range was narrow. But the countries where it was distributed have close trade contacts with China. Biological characteristics of Milionia basalis Walker, 1854 was presented. A risk analysis of the pest was carried out. Based on the collected materials of the pest information and the semi-quantitative analysis, the risk assessment of pests was conducted. The risk level of the pest in China is medium to high risk. On the basis of the evaluation, the measures of quarantine and management were put forward.
