	<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">目的：探究热奄包联合穴位贴敷对妇科腹腔镜术后腹痛腹胀的护理效果。方法：选取2021年2月到2021年10月在我院妇科住院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的患者共100人。采用简单随机抽样的方式将患者分为观察组与对照组每组各50名患者。观察组患者在术后除常规护理外还采用热奄包联合穴位贴敷的方式进行护理干预，对照组患者在术后除常规护理外加用穴位贴敷进行护理干预通过对两组患者护理干预后腹痛腹胀的发生情况、术后康复情况、护理满意度等的比较得出结论。结果：观察组与对照组患者腹痛腹胀发生率、术后康复情况、护理满意度等均存在统计学差异。结论：热奄包联合穴位贴敷护理可有效降低妇科腹腔镜术后腹痛腹胀的发生率，有效促进妇科腹腔镜术后患者康复，有效提高妇科腹腔镜术后患者护理满意度等。<br />
Objective: To explore the nursing
effect of hot election bag combined with acupoint application on abdominal pain
and abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopy. Methods: A total of
100 patients who received laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from February
2021 to October 2021 were selected. Patients were divided into observation
group and control group by simple random sampling with 50 patients in each
group. In addition to routine nursing, the patients in the observation group
also received nursing intervention by means of hot buns combined with acupoint application,
while the patients in the control group received nursing intervention with
acupoint application in addition to routine nursing after operation. The
incidence of abdominal pain and distension, postoperative rehabilitation, and
nursing satisfaction were compared to draw conclusions. Results: There were
statistical differences in the incidence of abdominal pain and abdominal
distention, postoperative recovery and nursing satisfaction between the
observation group and the control group. Conclusion: Hot election bag combined
with acupoint application nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of
abdominal pain and abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopy,
effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients after gynecological
laparoscopy, and effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients after
gynecological laparoscopy.</span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"></span>
