%X 目的：探讨心理弹性对婚姻满意度的影响及认知重评和养育压力的中介作用。方法：采用心理弹性量表、婚姻满意度量表、认知重评量表、简式养育压力量表对1077名父母进行问卷调查。结果：相关分析表明心理弹性分别与认知重评和婚姻满意度呈显著正相关，与养育压力呈显著负相关；认知重评与婚姻满意度呈显著正相关，与养育压力呈显著负相关；养育压力与婚姻满意度呈显著负相关；认知重评和养育压力不仅分别在心理弹性和婚姻满意度间起中介作用，而且在心理弹性和婚姻满意度间起链式中介作用。结论：心理弹性分别通过认知重评和养育压力的中介作用及认知重评和养育压力的链式中介作用间接影响婚姻满意度。<br />
Objective: To explore the influence of resilience on marital satisfaction and the mediating role of cognitive reappraisal and parenting stress. Methods: 1077 parents were investigated with Ego Resiliency Scale, Olson Quality of Marriage Questionnaire, Cognitive Reappraisal Scale, and Parenting Stress Short Form. Results: Correlation analysis showed that resilience was significantly positively correlated with cognitive reappraisal and marital satisfaction, and negatively correlated with parenting stress; cognitive reappraisal was significantly positively correlated with marital satisfaction and negatively correlated with parenting stress; parenting stress was negatively correlated with marital satisfaction; cognitive reappraisal and parenting stress played a mediating role between resilience and marital satisfaction, and the chain mediating effect of cognitive reappraisal and parenting stress on resilience and marital satisfaction was also significant. Conclusion: Resilience can indirectly influence marital satisfaction through the mediating effect and the chain mediating effect of cognitive reappraisal and parenting stress.
