%X 从宏观的角度看，在一个文明的发展过程中，往往会经历一个持续很长一段时间的瓶颈期：一旦该文明度过了这个阶段，就会实现跨越式的发展；如果没有成功度过，则会走向衰落甚至消亡。地理环境是文明瓶颈形成的重要因素，不同文明的交流与合作、竞争与对抗是突破文明瓶颈的重要动力。在经济全球化的背景下，主动融入人类文明网络中，是中国不断突破文明瓶颈，实现更高层次发展的必由之路。<br />
From a macro perspective, in the development process of a civilization, it often experiences a bottleneck period that lasts for a long time: once the civilization passes this stage, it will achieve leapfrog development, otherwise it will decline. Geographical environment is an important factor in the formation of the “civilization bottleneck”. Exchanges and cooperation, competition and confrontation among different civilizations are important driving forces to break through the “civilization bottleneck”. In the context of economic globalization, actively integrating into the network of civilization is the only way for China to break through the bottleneck and achieve higher-level development.
