They are associated in more than 80% of cases with a fracture of the pelvic girdle. The lesion mechanism is usually a sudden compression on the full bladder. Hypogastric pain and macroscopic hematuria suggest the diagnosis, which is confirmed by cystography. This diagnosis can be difficult and delayed in the absence of these call signs. We report a case of isolated traumatic intraperitoneal rupture of the bladder, diagnosed 24 hours after a public road accident in a 44-year-old patient. %K Contusion %K Cystography %K Rupture %K Bladder %U http://www.scirp.org/journal/PaperInformation.aspx?PaperID=114804
