%X 专利分析作为一种独特而实用的分析方法,具有总揽全局及预测功能,也能为企业发展提供技术研判。石墨烯材料因其卓越的性能和极有可能成为影响国家核心竞争力的关键新材料,近些年来得到了广泛关注。作为助力石墨烯产业高质量发展的保障,石墨烯材料检测技术发展对石墨烯材料的客观评判和后期应用至关重要,相关技术的分析尤其是专利技术的分析将从一个全新的角度为石墨烯材料的发展提供技术研判。因此,本文主要对全球石墨烯检测领域相关专利文件进行了检索分析,并重点针对石墨烯的层数、力学性能、热性能、电性能和比表面积检测技术方向的关键技术专利进行了梳理分析。
As a unique and practical analysis method, patent analysis has the function of overall situation and prediction, and can develop its technical strategy for enterprises. Graphene material has attracted extensive attention in recent years because of its excellent performance and potential to become a key new material affecting the national core competitiveness. As a guarantee for the high-quality development of graphene industry, the development of graphene material detection technology is very important for the objective evaluation and later application of graphene materials. The analysis of relevant technologies, especially the analysis of patented technologies, will provide technical research and judgment for the development of graphene materials from a new perspective. Therefore, this paper mainly searches and analyzes the relevant patent documents in the field of global graphene detection, and focuses on the key technical patents in the technical direction of graphene layer number, mechanical properties, thermal properties, electrical properties and specific surface area detection.
