Study on the Sterilization Effect of Ozone Technology on Streptococcus faecalis in the Reclaimed Water of Opencast Mines %A 雷志勇 %A 石开慧 %A 郭旭颖 %J Water pollution and treatment %P 1-6 %@ 2332-8029 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/WPT.2022.101001 %X 目前对露天煤矿再生水循环利用技术有大量的研究,但针对其再生水的微生物安全性研究却很少,本文考察了臭氧消毒技术对某露天煤矿再生水中粪链球菌的灭菌效果。研究表明:臭氧消毒反应时间为1 min时,即可实现100%的粪链球菌杀灭率。在水温为5℃、18℃和28℃和pH为6、7、8、9条件下,臭氧消毒对粪链球菌的杀灭率均可保持在100%,实现了煤矿再生水的高效灭菌。
There have been numerous studies on the recycling of reclaimed water from opencast mines. How-ever, there are few studies on its microbiological safety. This paper investigated the sterilization ef-fect of ozone technology on Streptococcus faecalis in the drainage water of an opencast mine. The results showed that the sterilization rate of Streptococcus faecalis can achieve 100% under the con-dition of 1 min of reaction time. The sterilization rate of Streptococcus faecalis by ozone technology can be kept at 100% at the water temperature of 5?C, 18?C and 28?C and pH of 6, 7, 8, 9 conditions.
