%X 教师职业认同感是促进其专业发展的重要心理基础。以往研究对教师职业认同感的概念实质、测量工具和影响因素进行了比较深入的探讨。未来研究应探求普遍认可的教师职业认同感学术定义,制定科学有效的教师职业认同感测量常模,整合影响因素以提炼系统丰富的教师职业认同感理论。
Teachers’ professional identity is an important psychological basis to promote their professional development. Previous studies have deeply discussed the essence, measuring tools and correlate factors of teachers’ professional identity. Future research should explore the universally accepted academic definition of teachers’ professional identity, develop scientific and effective measuring norms of teachers’ professional identity, and integrate correlate factors to refine systematic and rich theories of teachers’ professional identity.
