%X 地佐辛自2009年在国内上市后倍受青睐，占据了超过40%的市场。地佐辛是一种新型混合阿片受体混合激动–拮抗剂，其镇痛效果强且不良反应少，在临床中已广泛应用于成人术后镇痛，其用于小儿术后镇痛的报道较少。该文主要探讨地佐辛用于小儿术后镇痛的研究进展，为临床用药提供参考。<br />
Dezocine has become the favored opioid analgesic since it went public in China in 2009, capturing over 40% of the market. Dezocine is a mixed agonist-antagonist of opioid receptor, it has stronganalgesic action but less adverse reactions. It has been widely used in adult postoperative analgesia, but there are few reports on its use in pediatric postoperative analgesia. This paper mainly discusses the research progress of dezocine in pediatric postoperative analgesia in order to provide reference for clinical medication.
