The “online + offline” mixed teaching mode has gradually become an indispensable part of modern education and teaching system. Food analysis course is a technical course for food major, which not only cultivates students’ excellent experimental skills and teamwork spirit, but also enables students to play a capable professional quality in food inspection posts. The mixed teaching of food analysis will be organically integrated with network information resources, deeply integrated with the elements of cultivating people and cultivating morality, constantly improving the teaching content of specialized courses, enhancing students’ learning initiative and comprehensively improving the teaching quality of food specialized courses. Based on the “Good University Online” platform, this paper evaluates the advantages of the “online + offline” mixed teaching of food analysis on the cultivation of applied talents of food, and explores the reform advantages of the “online + offline” mixed teaching mode of food analysis. %K 食品分析,好大学在线平台,混合式教学
