%X 为探究残疾人幸福感、心理资本与社会支持间的关系，促进残疾人事业的发展，通过对204名肢体残疾人的问卷调查数据，以及14,560个残疾人年鉴数据进行分析，考察了肢体残疾人的总体幸福感、社会支持和心理资本的现况与关系等。结果表明：1) 肢体残疾人总体幸福感和心理资本得分均处于一般水平，社会支持得分较低；2) 残疾人在职业、居住地区、文化水平、婚姻状况、年龄、致残时间等因素上均存在显著差异；3) 社会支持不仅能够直接预测肢体残疾人的总体幸福感，还能够通过心理资本的中介作用预测总体幸福感；4) 残疾人的总体幸福感与大数据库中多项残疾人事业发展指标呈现显著正相关。<br />
To explore the relationship among happiness, psychological capital and social support of the dis-abled, and promote the development of the cause of the disabled, the present research examined the relationship between general well-being, social support and psychological capital of disabled people by analyzing 204 persons with physical disabilities questionnaire data and 14,560 disabled people’s yearbook data. The results indicated that: 1) The general well-being scores and psychological capital scores of the physically disabled were at the average level, and the social support scores were low; 2) There were significant differences in occupation, living area, education level, marital status, age, disability time and other factors; 3) Social support can not only directly predict the general well-being of the physically disabled, but also predict the general well-being through the mediating effect of psychological capital; 4) There is a significant positive correlation between the general well-being of the disabled and a number of disability career development indicators in the large database.
