In order to coordinate the water utilization between the upper, middle and lower reaches of the basin, as well as between the departments of production and ecological water, and rationally allocate the water resources in the basin, an interactive optimal operation model of dam and gate group of reservoirs is established. Taking Sihe River basin as an example, this paper demonstrates the feasibility of the number and location of 14 newly built sluice dams by using the results of long-term joint benefit adjustment of 31 large and medium reservoir dams in the whole basin, and puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the layout of the sluice projects. Under the optimized layout of the storage project, a method of water distribution in the main stream based on the control index method of the discharge under the inter-county control section is put forward, which is of great significance for strengthening the unified regulation of the water flow in the main stream, promoting the economic and social development, and improving the ecological environment. %K 水库闸坝群,交互式优化调度模型,联合兴利调算,优化工程布局,水量分配,统一调度
