%X 随着我国经济发展的质量和水平不断提高，我国改革开放的不断深化和社会主义市场经济的不断发展，质量不断提高，居民幸福感得到了较大提升。这篇论文采用中国综合社会调查(CGSS) 2015年的调查数据，通过多元线性回归模型分析社会治理效能与居民幸福感之间关系。研究发现：社会治理法治化水平与公共服务满意度对居民幸福感有正向的影响；公共服务资源分布的均衡程度与居民获得幸福感之间仍存在一定的差距。由此提出政策建议：为提高居民的幸福感获得感，需要政府提高社会治理能力。在社会治理法制化方面，突出社会治安和市场秩序的法制化建设；在提供公共服务方面上，要突出公共服务均等化，减小公共服务资源分布不均衡。<br />
With the deepening of the reform and opening up and the socialist market economy, the quality of our economic development has been continuously improved, and the happiness of residents has been greatly improved. This paper uses the 2015 survey data from the Comprehensive Social Survey of China (CGSS) to analyze the relationship between social governance efficiency and resident happiness through a multiple linear regression model. The study found that the legalization level of social governance and public service satisfaction have positive effects on residents’ happiness; there is still a gap between the balanced distribution of public service resources and their happiness. Therefore, we put forward policy suggestions: in order to improve residents’ sense of happiness, the government needs to improve the ability of social governance. In the legalization of social governance, highlight the legalization of social security and market order; in the provision of public services, highlight the equalization of public services, and reduce the unbalanced distribution of public service resources.
