目的:探讨急诊泌尿系结石急性疼痛患者中西医结合护理的临床效果。方法:选取从我院2020年1月一2020年6月收治的泌尿系结石患者130例作为实验对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组进行中西医结合护理,对照组只进行常规护理,比较两组泌尿系结石急性疼痛患者的护理效果,包括焦虑评分、不同时间段疼痛缓解病例、满意度等。结果:研究组的焦虑评价分值明显低于对照组(χ2 = 8.09, P < 0.05);不同时间区间,研究组疼痛缓解病例数多于对照组(χ2 = 7.36, P < 0.05);研究组患者满意度比对照组高(χ2 = 2.74, P < 0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合护理对急诊泌尿系结石急性疼痛患者的应用效果显著,不仅能有效缓解疼痛,大大缩短疼痛时间,而且能改善患者的焦虑情绪,提升患者满意度。对急诊泌尿系结石急性疼痛患者改善病情有重要意义。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for patients with acute pain of urinary calculi in emergency. Methods: Select from our hospital from January 2020 to June 2020 urolithiasis patients 130 cases as experimental objects, randomly divided into research group and control group, the research group for integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing, the control group only routine nursing, compare the two groups of urolithiasis acute pain patients nursing effect, Including anxiety scores, pain relief cases at different time periods, satisfaction and so on. Conclusion: The application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on patients with acute pain of urinary calculi in emergency is significant, which can not only effectively relieve pain, greatly shorten the time of pain, but also improve the anxiety of patients and enhance the satisfaction of patients. It is of great significance to improve the condition of patients with acute pain of urinary calculi in emergency.
