	<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">目的：探讨层级护理管理模式在普外科的应用。方法：选取2018年6月~2019年6月和2019年6月~2020年6月期间的患者100例作为研究对象，依据时间，分为对照组及观察组，对照组为常规护理，观察组使用层级护理管理模式，观察两组的护理质量评分以及护理满意度。结果：观察组的护理质量四个方面得分均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P &lt; 0.0.5)。观察组满意度为96%，显著高于对照组的84%，差异具有统计学意义(P &lt; 0.05)。结论：层级护理管理模式能够提升护理质量，提高护理满意度。<br />
Objective: To explore the application of hierarchical nursing
management mode in general surgery department. Methods: 100 patients from June
2018 to June 2019 and June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as research objects.
According to the time, they were divided into the control group and observation
group. The control group was routine nursing, and the observation group used
hierarchical nursing management mode. Results: The scores in four aspects of
nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control
group, the difference was statistically significant (P &lt; 0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was 96%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (84%), and the difference was statistically significant (P &lt; 0.05). Conclusion: Hierarchical nursing management model can improve nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.</span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"></span>
