%X MicroRNA是一类短链非编码RNA,主要通过与靶mRNA特异性的碱基配对引起靶mRNA的降解或者抑制其翻译,从而对基因进行转录后表达的调控。肝星状细胞的活化和信号通路的激活是肝纤维化发生发展的中心环节,miRNA能够通过调控肝星状细胞的活化、凋亡和肝纤维化相关信号通路,从而在肝纤维化过程中发挥重要的作用。本文就miRNA在肝纤维化过程中的作用进行综述。
MicroRNA is a type of short non-coding RNA, which mainly uses specific base pairing with target mRNA to cause degradation of target mRNA or inhibit its translation, thereby regulating gene expression after transcription. The activation of hepatic stellate cells and the activation of signaling pathways are the central link in the occurrence and development of liver fibrosis. miRNAs can play a role in the process of liver fibrosis by regulating the activation, apoptosis of hepatic stellate cells and signaling pathways related to liver fibrosis. This article reviews the role of miRNA in the process of liver fibrosis.
