Effect of Methylprednisolone on Clinical Efficacy and Side Effects of Neuroimmune Diseases in Children %A 李艳琴 %J Advances in Clinical Medicine %P 4489-4492 %@ 2161-8720 %D 2021 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ACM.2021.1110658 %X 目的:探究甲基强的松龙对小儿神经免疫性疾病的临床疗效,以及不良反应的影响。方法:选取我院2018年3月~2019年12月收治的小儿神经免疫性疾病患儿72例,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组,各36例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用甲基强的松龙治疗,对比两组患儿的治疗效果和不良反应情况。结果:对照组治疗总有效率低于观察组(P < 0.05);对照组不良反应发生率高于观察组(P < 0.05)。结论:甲基强的松龙治疗小儿神经免疫性疾病的效果良好,不良反应相对较少,安全性高,值得应用。
Objective: To explore the effect of methylprednisolone on the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of children with neuroimmune diseases. Methods: 72 children with neuroimmune diseases treated in our hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment and the observation group was treated with methylprednisolone. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group (P < 0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Methylprednisolone is effective in the treatment of neuroimmune diseases in children, with relatively few adverse reactions and high safety, which is worthy of application. %K 小儿神经免疫性疾病,甲基强的松龙,疗效,不良反应
