	<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">我军卫生士官教育经过近年来的加速发展，已逐步走向正规，但人才培养质量与基层部队岗位任职需求还有一些差距。当前新形势下，要深入贯彻新时代军事教育方针，卫生士官教学改革应该从优化顶层设计、完善内容体系、创新教学方法、加强师资建设、改善训练条件等多方面着手，不断加大改革力度，促进人才培养质量逐步提高。<br />
After the accelerated development in
recent years, the education of health non commissioned officers in our army has
gradually become formal, but there is still some gap between the quality of personnel
training and the job requirements of grass-roots forces. Under the current new
situation, to thoroughly implement the policy of military education in the new
era, the teaching reform of health non commissioned officers should start from
optimizing the top-level design, improving the content system, innovating
teaching methods, strengthening the construction of teachers and improving
training conditions, constantly strengthen the reform and promote the gradual
improvement of talent training quality.</span>
