	<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">目的：探究门诊手术室个案全程追踪法对护理质量持续改进的影响。方法：选取门诊手术患者200例作为研究对象，采用简单随机抽样的方法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组100例。对照组予以常规护理管理，观察组予以个案全程追踪法，观察两组的护理满意度、护理纠纷与护理投诉发生率。结果：观察组满意度为96%，显著高于对照组的84%，差异具有统计学意义(P &lt; 0.05)。观察组护理纠纷与护理投诉发生率分别为1%和0%，显著低于对照组的13%和7%，差异具有统计学意义(P &lt; 0.05)。结论：个案全程追踪法能够显著提高门诊手术室护理质量，提升护理满意度，减少护理纠纷与护理投诉。<br />
Objective: To explore the effect of the
case tracking method on continuous improvement of nursing quality in the outpatient
operating room. Methods: 200 patients with outpatient surgery were randomly
divided into the control group and observation group, 100 patients in each
group. The control group was given routine nursing management, the observation
group was given the case tracking method, and the nursing satisfaction, nursing
disputes, and nursing complaints of the two groups were observed. Results: The
satisfaction of the observation group was 96%, which was significantly higher
than that of the control group (84%), and the difference was statistically
significant (P &lt; 0.05). The incidence of nursing disputes and nursing complaints in the observation group was 1% and 0%, respectively, significantly lower than that in the control group (13% and 7%), with statistical significance (P &lt; 0.05). Conclusion: Case tracking method can significantly improve the nursing quality of the outpatient operating room, improve nursing satisfaction, reduce nursing disputes and nursing complaints.</span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"></span>
