	<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">中国是一个农业大国，基本国情是人多地少、人地矛盾突出，保证国家粮食安全是一项长期艰巨的任务。全国特别是陕西省存在大量的空心村，其废弃宅基地可复垦为耕地。经复垦、规整所腾出来的农村废弃民居房屋、宅基地，通过村、路、林、水、田等综合整治和管理后，可成为农村的新增耕地或建设用地储备，从而避免了空心村废弃宅基地的浪费，实现了土地资源的有效利用，显著缓解了人地之间矛盾，增强了农民珍惜耕地资源的意识。<br />
China is a big agricultural country, the basic national conditions are more people and less land, the contradiction between people and land is prominent, to ensure national food security is a long-term arduous task. There are a large number of hollow villages in China, especially in Shaanxi Province, whose abandoned homestead can be reclaimed for farmland. Through reclamation, neat rural free by abandoned residential houses, land, through the village, road, forest, water, land and other comprehensive control and management, can become a rural add cultivated land and construction land reserves, to avoid the waste of the hollow village abandoned land, realized the effective utilization of land resources, ease the contradiction between population and land, significantly enhance the consciousness of the peasants treasure the cultivated land resources.</span>
