随着人口老龄化发展，我国慢性病患病率、病死率处于较高水平，已严重威胁人民健康。虽然政府大力推进慢性病管理政策，但慢性病患者主观能动地控制思想行为能力与约束力不高，难以满足慢性病管理需求。另外，随着云技术的飞速发展，出现了“云端 + 慢性病”智慧康养护理的新模式，能够提高慢性病患者的自我管理能力，减少医疗资源利用率。该文从“云”背景下的慢性病智慧护理出发，综述了“云 + 慢性病”智慧康养护理的概念，以及常见慢性病具体的“云”护理模式。同时对现有的“云 + 慢性病”护理提出思考与展望。
With the development of population aging, the prevalence and mortality of chronic diseases in China are at a high level, which has seriously threatened people’s health. Although the government vigorously promotes the policy of chronic disease management, the ability and binding force of subjective and active control of patients with chronic diseases are not high, which is difficult to meet the needs of chronic disease management. In addition, with the rapid development of cloud technology, a new model of “cloud + chronic disease” intelligent health care has emerged, which can improve the self-management ability of patients with chronic diseases and reduce the utilization of medical resources. Starting from the intelligent nursing of chronic diseases under the background of “cloud”, this paper summarizes the concept of “cloud + chronic disease” intelligent health nursing, as well as the specific “cloud” nursing mode of common chronic diseases. At the same time, it puts forward some thoughts and Prospects on the existing “cloud + chronic disease” nursing.
