	随着社会的发展，人们对居住条件和生活环境的要求越来越高，新型城镇化的提出是满足这项要求的一项关键措施。相对于长期以来的粗放式用地、用能，新型城镇化从思想上明确了走资源节约、环境友好之路的重要性。石川河新型城镇化的建设以土地治理为基础，以生态环境为前提，建成了健康的、可持续发展的新型城镇，形成了一套可推广的开发模式，对我国新型城镇化建设的发展有一定的参考意义。<br />
With the development of society, people’s requirements for living conditions and living environ-ment are getting higher and higher. The proposal of new urbanization is a key measure to meet this requirement. Compared with the long-term extensive use of land and energy, the new urbanization ideologically clarifies the importance of taking the road of resource conservation and environmental friendliness. The construction of Shichuan River’s new urbanization is based on land governance and ecological environment. A healthy and sustainable new town has been built, and a set of reproducible development models has been formed, which has certain reference significance for the development of new urbanization construction in China.
