	<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">重症监护病房是医院集中监护和救治重症患者的专业科室，关注病人及其家属的具体需求是重症监护病房医生和护士对患者及家属回应的基本原则之一。大量研究结果表明，探视政策是患者和其家庭以及ICU之间沟通的重要桥梁，它对患者的疾病转归起着重要的作用，但目前对于ICU探视管理制度尚存在争议，本文对ICU病房探视制度的实践现状及重要意义进行综述，进一步的为临床研究和ICU管理提供参考。<br />
The intensive care unit is a professional department of the hospital for
the centralized care and treatment of critical patients. It is one of the basic
principles of doctors and nurses to respond to the patients to pay attention to
the specific needs of the patients and their families. A large number of
research results show that visitation policy is an important bridge of
communication between patients and their families in ICU, which plays an
important role in patient disease transfer, but it is still controversial about
the ICU visitation management system. This paper reviews the practical status
and significance of the ICU visitation system to further provide reference for
clinical research and ICU management.</span>
