	<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">为了解西泉眼水库夏季的水体浮游动物群落结构特征及其与水环境因子之间的关系，2021年7月，对西泉眼水库浮游动物和水体理化因子进行了调查。研究了西泉眼水库夏季浮游动物群落结构特征，结果共鉴定出浮游动物52种，其中轮虫占最多为28种，占整个浮游动物群落的54%，原生动物13种，占整个浮游动物群落的25%，枝角类3中，占整个浮游动物群落的5.76%，桡足类发现8种，占整个浮游动物群落的15.38%。优势种主要包括褐砂壳虫(<i>Difflugia avellana</i>)、长三肢轮虫(<i>Filinia longiseta</i>)、裂足轮虫(<i>Schizocerca diversicornis</i>)、针簇多肢轮虫(<i>Polyarthra trigla</i>)和无节幼体(<i>Nauplii</i>) 5种。浮游动物丰度平均为15个/L，生物多样性结果表明：最高点和最低点分别出现在11#和7#。Pearson相关性结果分析表明：西泉眼水库夏季浮游动物丰度与总磷、溶解氧含量极显著相关(P &lt; 0.01)。<br />
To understand the characteristics of zooplankton community structure and its relationship with water environmental factors in Xiquanyan reservoir in summer, an investigation was conducted on zooplankton and water physical and chemical factors in Xiquanyan Reservoir in July 2021. The characteristics of zooplankton community structure in Xiquanyan reservoir in summer were studied. The results show that a total of 52 species of zooplankton were identified, including 28 rotifers (54%), 13 protozoa (25%), 3 cladophora (5.76%) and 8 copepods (15.38%). The dominant species include <i>Difflugia avellana</i>, <i>Filinia longiseta</i>, <i>Schizocerca diversicornis</i> and <i>Polyarthra trigla</i> and <i>Nauplii</i>. Zooplankton abundance averaged 15 per L. The results of biodiversity showed that the highest and lowest point appeared at 11# and 7#, respectively. Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between zooplankton abundance and total phosphorus and dissolved oxygen contents in Xiquanyan Reservoir in summer (P &lt; 0.01).</span>
