	<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">目的：探讨细胞面积与风疹单次病毒收获液病毒滴度的关系。方法：使用不同细胞面积接种风疹病毒，制备风疹单次病毒收获液，进行病毒滴定。结果：不同细胞面积制备的风疹单次病毒收获液病毒滴度没有差异。结论：在一定范围内，细胞面积与风疹病毒滴度不存在正比关系。<br />
Objective: To investigate the
relationship between cell area and virus titer of rubella virus single harvest
fluid. Method: Rubella virus was inoculated in different cell areas to prepare
rubella virus single harvest fluid for virus titration. Result: There was no
difference in virus titer of rubella virus single harvest fluid from different
cell areas. Conclusion: In a certain range, there was no direct correlation
between cell area and rubella virus titer.</span>
