	目的：为打造一流的中国式摔跤学科建设而献言献策，从实际出发，提升中国式摔跤的课程质量。方法：本文尝试以武汉体育学院为例，通过专家访谈法、文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法对中国式摔跤专业学科教程、课程模式、授课内容等多个方面进行探讨研究。结果：近几年来中国式摔跤在武汉体育学院的推广形势良好，要继续完善中国式摔跤的理论研究，改善不利的教学设施和条件，提升师资力量和素质，培养一专多能的中国式摔跤复合型人才，使中国式摔跤受到更多人的关注。结论：武汉体育学院对中国式摔跤专业训练较为重视，积极在校开设各类中国式摔跤课程，培养了大批中国式摔跤专业人才，发挥了体育院校主阵地作用。<br />
Objective: To propose some suggestions for the construction of first-class Chinese wrestling disci-pline, and to improve the quality of Chinese wrestling course from the actual situation. Methods: This paper attempts to take Wuhan Sports University as an example, through expert interview, literature, questionnaire survey, logical analysis method of Chinese wrestling professional course, course mode, teaching content and other aspects of the discussion. Results: In recent years, Chinese wrestling has been popularizing well in Wuhan Sports University. It is necessary to continue to perfect the theoretical research of Chinese wrestling, improve the unfavorable teaching facilities and conditions, enhance the quality of teachers, cultivate specialized and versatile Chinese wres-tling compound talents, and make Chinese wrestling attract more people’s attention. Conclusion: Wuhan Sports University paid more attention to the professional training of Chinese style wrestling, actively opened various Chinese style wrestling courses in school, trained a large number of Chinese style wrestling professionals, and played the role of the main position of sports colleges.
