Cyclization strategy is developed for the reaction of ¦Â, ¦Ã-unsaturated hydrazones with the TCCA to drive 2-pyrazolines and the reaction of ¦Â, ¦Ã-unsaturated oximes with NCS to derive 2-isoxalzolines.
