%X 以烤烟品种中烟100为试验材料,对适宜成熟度的不同地区烤烟中部叶叶片超微结构和钾含量进行了统计分析,结果表明:细胞微观形态特征指标中,细胞和液泡的大小对钾含量有着极显著的影响,表现为细胞面积与周长、液泡面积与液泡占比越大,烤烟烟叶中的钾含量越高。
With flue-cured tobacco variety Zhongyan 100 as experimental material, the ultrastructure and potassium content of middle leaves of flue-cured tobacco in different regions were statistically analyzed. The results showed that the size of cell area and vacuoles in the characteristics of cell morphology had a significant effect on potassium content. The larger the cell area and perimeter, the larger the area and proportion of vacuoles, the higher the potassium content in flue-cured tobacco leaves.
