Synthesis and Evaluation of Polyacrylic Acid Ultra High Carbon Alcohol Ester as Pour Point Depressants %A 李鑫源 %A 肖彭 %A 牛美飞 %A 张珊榕 %A 邓相荣 %A 巩雁军 %J Hans Journal of Chemical Engineering and Technology %P 315-324 %@ 2161-8852 %D 2021 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/HJCET.2021.115041 %X 为使降凝剂更好地匹配原油中石蜡正构烷烃结构,与石蜡进行共晶作用,达到降低原油低温流动性的目的。实验制备出侧链碳数为20、30、40、50、70的聚丙烯酸超高碳醇酯降凝剂,研究了不同反应条件对酯化反应和聚合反应的影响。实验表明制备丙烯酸超高碳醇酯最佳反应条件为:酸醇摩尔比为1.3、对甲苯磺酸质量分数为1.0%、对苯二酚质量分数为0.7%、反应温度为125℃、反应时间为6 h。合成聚丙烯酸超高碳醇酯的最佳反应条件为:反应时间为6 h、反应温度为100℃、过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)质量分数为0.9%。性能评价结果表明,侧链碳数为30的聚丙烯酸超高碳醇酯降凝剂对苏丹Bamboo原油降凝效果最佳。
In order to make the pour point depressant match the paraffinic n-alkane structure in crude oil, to make it eutectic with paraffin to achieve the purpose of reducing the low-temperature fluidity of crude oil. The polyacrylic acid super high alcohol ester pour point depressant with the side chain carbon number of 20, 30, 40, 50, 70 was prepared in the experiment, and the effect of different reaction conditions on the esterification and polymerization reactions was studied. The results show that the best reaction conditions for preparing super high alcohol acrylate were as follows: the molar ratio of acid to alcohol was 1.3, the dosage of p-toluenesulfonic acid was 1.0 wt%, the dosage of hydroquinone was 0.7 wt%, the reaction temperature was 125?C, and the reaction time was 6 h. The optimal reaction conditions for the synthesis of polyacrylic acid super high alcohol ester were as follows: the reaction time was 6 h, the reaction temperature was 100?C, the benzoyl peroxide (BPO) dosage was 0.9 wt%. The evaluation results show that the polyacrylic acid super high alcohol ester pour point depressant with the side chain carbon number of 30 has the best effect on Sudan Bamboo crude oil. %K 含蜡原油,降凝剂,聚丙烯酸超高碳醇酯,研制,苏丹
