	“双碳”目标的提出有利于我国实现经济高质量发展，促进生态环境可持续发展，一方面加快高耗能、高污染等产业去产能，重组整合步伐，倒逼产业转型升级，提高经济增长质量，另一方面有利于打破“碳壁垒”，消除出口产品被征收碳税的潜在风险。目前，我国仍处于工业发展阶段，二氧化碳排放量在一定时间内仍会增加，短期内碳减排工作仍会带来一些压力和挑战，特别是在当前环保政策持续高压态势下，实现“双碳”目标，更是给包括有色金属行业在内的工业企业带来环保和降碳的双重压力。本文论述了在“双碳”目标下，以在行业具有综合性研究与设计机构为背景的环保管家的服务内容，浅析有色金属行业引入环保管家服务的意义，借助环保管家在资源、咨询、技术、研发上的优势，助力有色金属行业早日实现“双碳”目标。<br />
The proposal of the “dual carbon” goal is conducive to achieving high-quality economic development in my country and promoting the sustainable development of the ecological environment. On the one hand, it accelerates the reduction of production capacity in high-energy-consuming and high- polluting industries, and the pace of reorganization and integration will force industrial transfor-mation and upgrading and increase economic growth quality. On the other hand, it is conducive to brea- king the “carbon barrier” and eliminating the potential risk of export products being levied on carbon taxes. At present, my country is still in the stage of industrial development, and carbon diox-ide emissions will still increase within a certain period of time. In the short term, carbon emission reduction will still bring some pressures and challenges, especially in the current environmental protection policy under the continuous high pressure situation. The goal of the realization of “double carbon” is to bring the dual pressure of environmental protection and carbon reduction to industrial enterprises, including the non-ferrous metal industry. This article discusses that under the “dual carbon” goal, based on the service content of environmental protection butlers with comprehensive research and design institutions in the industry, analyze the significance of intro-ducing environmental protection butler services in the non-ferrous metal industry, and use the advantages of environmental protection butlers in resources, consulting, technology, and research and development to help the non-ferrous metals industry to achieve the “dual carbon” goal as soon as possible.
