	<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">目的：探究分析保温护理对全身麻醉患者术中应激及术后心理情绪的影响。方法：选取我院于2018年3月至2019年6月所收治的60名行全身麻醉患者作为本次研究对象，通过随机数表法将其对照组和观察组，30例对照组患者接受普通护理管理，30例观察组患者接受保温护理干预模式管理。对比分析两组患者的术中应激反应、术后不良心理情绪情况、预后的生活质量情况以及患者对于护理的满意度。结果：相较于对照组患者，观察组患者的术中应激反应情况与术前相比较的增高幅度更低，两组数据比较结果具备统计学意义(P </span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">&lt; 0.05)；且相较于对照组，观察组患者在接受护理干预后的不良心理情绪得到了更为显著的改善，其负性心理评分更低，术后不良心理情况发生明显优于对照组患者，两组数据比较结果具备统计学意义(</span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">P </span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">&lt; 0.05)。结论：对全身麻醉患者采用保温护理，术后恢复效果更好、生存质量也更佳，各类负面、消极的心理情绪得到有效改善，患者对于护理的满意度也更高，具有临床推广应用价值。<br. objective:=\"\" to=\"\" explore=\"\" and=\"\" analyze=\"\" the=\"\" effect=\"\" of=\"\" heat=\"\" preservation=\"\" nursing=\"\" on=\"\" intraoperative=\"\" stress=\"\" postoperative=\"\" psychological=\"\" emotion=\"\" patients=\"\" with=\"\" general=\"\" anesthesia.=\"\" methods:=\"\" 60=\"\" undergoing=\"\" anesthesia=\"\" treated=\"\" in=\"\" our=\"\" hospital=\"\" from=\"\" march=\"\" 2018=\"\" june=\"\" 2019=\"\" were=\"\" selected=\"\" as=\"\" research=\"\" objects,=\"\" their=\"\" control=\"\" group=\"\" observation=\"\" divided=\"\" by=\"\" random=\"\" number=\"\" table=\"\" method,=\"\" 30=\"\" received=\"\" intervention=\"\" mode=\"\" management.=\"\" reaction,=\"\" adverse=\"\" emotions,=\"\" prognosis,=\"\" quality=\"\" life=\"\" patients’=\"\" satisfaction=\"\" compared=\"\" between=\"\" two=\"\" groups.=\"\" results:=\"\" group,=\"\" increase=\"\" reaction=\"\" was=\"\" lower=\"\" than=\"\" that=\"\" before=\"\" operation,=\"\" data=\"\" comparison=\"\" groups=\"\" statistically=\"\" significant=\"\" (<=\"\" span=\"\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">P</span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"> &lt; 0.05); and compared with the control group, the observation group of patients in the nursing intervention after the bad psychological mood has been more significantly improved, its negative psychological score is lower, postoperative bad psychological situation is significantly better than the control group of patients, two groups of data comparison results have statistical significance (</span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">P</span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"> &lt; 0.05). Conclusion: The application of heat preservation nursing in patients with general anesthesia has better postoperative recovery effect, better quality of life, effective improvement of all kinds of negative and negative psychological emotions, and higher patient satisfaction with nursing, which has clinical application value.</span> </br.></span>
