%X 20世纪60年代末到70年代初，以经济危机为契机，古典自由主义的消极国家观乘着时势东风再次兴起并发展。这是一种反对国家干预，主张社会和市场经济充分实现自由的消极国家观理论。文章通过系统讨论新自由主义思潮中消极国家观兴起的背景、主要内容等以期对我国新时代中国特色社会主义道路建设提供启示或建议。<br />
From the end of the 1960s to the beginning of the 1970s, with the economic crisis as an opportu-nity, the negative view of the classical liberalism took advantage of the prevailing trend to rise and develop again. This is a negative theory of the state that opposes state intervention and advocates the full realization of freedom in society and the market economy. The article systematically discusses the background and main content of the rise of the negative view of the country in the neoliberal trend of thought in order to provide enlightenment or suggestions for the construction of the socialist road with Chinese characteristics in the new era in China.
