The boron deposit in the Xixiertake area of Eastern Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang is one of the few volcanic sedimentary boron deposits discovered in China. The boron ore deposits in this area all exist in the same ore bearing strata—two Period of Liusugou group of Upper Carboniferous, there are at least four eruption cycles in the upper Carboniferous two period of Liusugou group, boron mineralization is mainly developed in the second, third and fourth eruptive cycles. The formation of boron ore in this area is closely related to volcanic activity in the area, it’s a product of boron-rich volcanic activity, the boron ore minerals in the area are mainly silicolites. %K 新疆西西尔塔克,硼矿,成因
