	我国环境影响评价制度近年来取得了较大的发展，但是仍然不能适应实践的需要，尤其是我国环境影响评价报告的编制依然有各种各样的问题，这给我国环境影响评价制度的发展带来不小的困境。为了推动环评制度的规范性科学化发展，应当为环评报告的完善提供适应实践发展的内容上和形式上的改进措施。<br />
Environmental impact assessment system has made great progress in China recent years, but it still cannot meet the needs of practice. In particular, the compilation of EIA report still has various problems, which has brought a lot of difficulties to EIA system development. In order to promote the standardized and scientific development of the EIA system, the improvement of the EIA report should be provided with content and form improvement measures adapted to the development of practice.
