%X 目的:掌握2019年度四川省放射治疗应用基本情况。方法:采用统一设计的调查表,通过普查的方式搜集全省放射治疗单位的放射治疗设备、放射治疗工作人员数量及配置、不同放疗技术开展情况以及患者数量情况等数据。结果:截止2019年12月28日,四川省内从事放射治疗的单位共77家;共有直线加速器97台(含国产和进口)、钴60远距离治疗机16台、后装治疗机20台、常规模拟定位机52台、大孔径CT模拟定位机23台;开展床位6773张,从事放疗的医师680人、放疗物理师226人、放疗技师446人、设备维修工程师72人;能开展二维放疗的单位52个、三维适形放疗67个、IMRT 55个、VMAT 9个、IGRT 19个、Tomotherapy 3个、术中放疗1个;年放射治疗人数63,451人。结论:2019年四川省的放射治疗设备人均保有量为1.16台/百万人,低于全国平均水平,在各种放疗技术开展方面3DCRT、IMRT和IGRT正逐步取代常规二维放疗成为四川省放射治疗的主流技术,放射治疗技术的标准化质量控制与治疗保证需要进一步推进。
Objective: To understand the basic situation of radiotherapy technology development in Sichuan Province. Methods: According to the current status of radiotherapy technology in Sichuan province, the survey items include radiotherapy units, radiotherapy equipment, radiotherapy practitioners, radiotherapy technology development, and patient treatment, etc. The survey objects cover medical units in the province that carry out radiotherapy and the survey method of online questionnaire and telephone communication are adopted. Results: By the end of 2019, there are 77 units engaged in radiotherapy in Sichuan Province. There are 97 linear accelerators (including domestic and imported ones), 16 cobalt-60 remote treatment machines, 20 post-installation treatment machines, 52 conventional analog positioning machines and 23 large-aperture CT analog positioning machines. The number of beds is 6,773. There were 680 Radiation oncologist engaged in radiotherapy, 226 physicist, 446 radiotherapists and 72 equipment maintenance engineers, 52 units can carry out two-dimensional radiotherapy, three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy 67, IMRT 55, VMAT 9, IGRT19 1, Tomotherapy 3, intraoperative radiotherapy 1. The annual number of radiotherapy patients was 63,451. Conclusions: The per capita amount of radiotherapy equipment is not high in Sichuan province. In terms of radiotherapy technology development, 3DCRT, IMRT and IGRT are gradually replacing conventional two-dimensional radiotherapy as the mainstream radiotherapy technology in Sichuan province, and the quality control of radiotherapy technology needs further standardization.
