随着现代社会经济发展水平提高,人们物质生活也越来越好,从而人们对于物质生活的质量追求也更加高,食品方面的品质需求也更加严格。食品从生产、加工到市场流通,都会面临许多挑战,因此,在整个过程中,食品检测都显得尤为重要。本文主要从食品检测入手,分析食品检测的现状和现实意义及食品检测的发展过程和助推发展的因素,针对现有的结果进一步探究食品检测这一中心目标存在的问题及解决措施。
With the improvement of modern social and economic development, people’s material life world is getting better and better, and people’s pursuit of quality in material life is also stricter, and the quality of food needs to be guaranteed. From production, processing to market circulation, food will face many challenges. Therefore, food testing is particularly important in the entire process. The research mainly starts with food testing, analyzes the current situation and practical significance of food testing, the development process of food testing and the factors that promote development, and further explores the existing results to explore the problems and solutions that exist in the central goal of food testing.
