Research on the Design Strategy of New Energy Shared Car Service %A 韩子群 %J Design %P 18-23 %@ ****-**** %D 2021 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/Design.2021.62004 %X 随着共享时代的来临,新能源共享汽车已经逐渐为大众所接受,逐渐深入到社会与生活中。一方面,会为我们带来便利和实惠;另一方面,也节能环保,符合当今时代的发展潮流。本论文的目的是通过以用户为中心的服务设计方法,对新能源共享汽车现状进行系统分析与调研,提炼影响用户体验的关键设计因素,为新能源共享汽车服务系统设计提供理论研究基础。本论文的具体研究方法是运用服务蓝图、用户旅程图等服务设计方法,获取用户关于新能源共享汽车使用体验中的核心痛点问题,以用户调查数据为基础,进行解读、分析、研讨,最后进行设计,从而解决用户需求。
With the advent of the sharing era, new energy shared cars have gradually been accepted by the public and gradually penetrated into society and life. On the one hand, it will bring us convenience and benefits; on the other hand, it is also energy-saving and environmentally friendly, which is in line with the development trend of the current era. The purpose of this thesis is to systematically analyze and investigate the current situation of new energy shared vehicles through user-centered service design methods, refine the key design factors that affect user experience, and provide a theoretical research foundation for the design of new energy shared vehicle service systems. The specific research method of this paper is to use service design methods such as service blueprints and user journey maps to obtain users’ core pain points in the experience of new energy shared ve-hicles and based on user survey data, to conduct interpretation, analysis, and discussion, and finally design to solve user needs. %K 新能源共享汽车,服务设计,接触点,用户研究
