%X 中国是恶性肿瘤的高发国家，目前针对恶性肿瘤的治疗方式各种各样，其中药物治疗是常见治疗手段之一。而骨髓抑制是常见的毒副作用，尤其当白细胞降低时，容易导致机体发生严重的感染，从而危及生命。重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子是预防和治疗白细胞降低的常用药物，但临床针对该药的不良反应研究较少，机制尚不明确。本例病例希望为临床上因应用重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子所致不良反应的发生机制、形式和相应的处理提供参考。使临床能更好的应用重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子。<br />
China is a country with a high incidence of malignant tumors. At present, there are various treat-ments for malignant tumors, among which drug therapy is one of the common treatments. myelo-suppression is a common side effect, especially when the white blood cells are low, easy to lead to serious infection, and thus life-threatening. rhG-CSF is a commonly used drug for the prevention and treatment of Leukopenia, but there are few clinical studies on its adverse reactions and the mechanism is not clear. The purpose of this case is to provide a reference for the mechanism, form and management of adverse drug reactions induced by rhG-CSF. The aim of this paper is to improve the clinical application of rhG-CSF.&nbsp;
