Study of the Load Distribution Characteristics of Liquid Chamber Sloshing %A 李师 %A 张会霞 %A 邹昶方 %J Applied Physics %P 319-327 %@ 2160-7575 %D 2021 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/APP.2021.116038 %X 本文使用Gambit建立二维矩形液舱晃荡模型,采用VOF法追踪自由液面,利用Fluent计算10%、25%、40%、50%、65%、75%、90%七种装载率下液舱舱壁的晃荡压力。通过数值计算结果,分析不同装载率下舱壁自由液面附近的压力分布特点以及不同装载率下的共振频率,所得砰击压力载荷随时间变化与实验结果吻合,为液舱结构安全设计提供理论依据,同时也为接下来对多种三维液舱进行研究作铺垫。
In this paper, Gambit is used to establish a two-dimensional rectangular tank sloshing model, the VOF method is used to track the free liquid surface, and Fluent is used to calculate the sloshing pressure of the bulkhead under 10%, 25%, 40%, 50%, 65%, 75%, and 90% filling levels. Through the numerical calculation results, the pressure distribution characteristics near the free liquid surface of the bulkhead at different loading rates and the resonance frequencies at different loading rates are analysed. The obtained thump pressure load variation with time is consistent with the experimental results, which provides a theoretical basis for the structural safety design of the liquid chamber, and also paves the way for the next research on a variety of three-dimensional liquid chambers. %K 晃荡,动压力,共振,装载率
