%X Prose, characterized by its style, is different from other types of literature. As an important part of literature, prose plays an important role in cultural communication; thus, the analysis of prose translation is very important. This paper makes a tentative approach in the following text to analyze how to realize style equivalence through markers of style, specifically ¡°form markers¡±, proposed by Professor Liu Miqing, including lexical markers, markers of figures of speech and textual markers under the guidance of Nida¡¯s functional theory, by using Zhang Peiji¡¯s translation of Bing Xin¡¯s prose as examples.
