%X 完全学分制改革直接目的是让学生对课程有更大的自主选择权,从而充分激发学生的学习积极性,提高学生的学习质量。完全学分制能够促进教育公平,为国家培养更多高素质人才。近年来很多高校积极响应国家号召,进行了“完全学分制”改革,但因为课程体系落后、硬件设施差、师生观念未转变等因素限制,很多学校难以彻底实行完全学分制,其实行的学分制本质仍是学年学分制。为了充分体现完全学分制的优势,高校需要进一步完善课程建设、改进选课系统并且引导师生观念向接受学分制改革的方向转变。
The direct aim of the reform of the full credit system is to give students more freedom in the curriculum, so as to fully stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning and improve their learning quality. The full credit system can promote educational equity and train more high-quality talents for the country. In recent years, many universities have responded positively to the call of the country and carried out the reform of “full credit system”, but because of the poor hardware facilities, unchanged teachers’ and students’ concept and other factors, many schools are difficult to fully implement the full credit system; in fact, the nature of the credit system is still the credit system for the academic year. In order to fully embody the advantages of the full credit system, universities need to further improve curriculum construction, improve the selection system and guide teachers and students to change their ideas to accept credit system reform.
