%X 为实现低碳运输发展目标，本文基于分析运输各个环节碳排放的特点，着重研究了基础设施、运输工具、运输模式以及运输集成化管理变化引起的碳排放变化，提出几种降低碳排放的措施，探讨实现2030碳达峰目标几种可行性办法以及2060实现碳中和目标的展望。<br />
In order to achieve the development goal of low-carbon in transportation, the influence on carbon dioxide emissions, which is caused by the conditions of infrastructure, the types of vehicles, the modes of transportation and the integrated management in transportation, is analyzed emphatically in this paper. Based on this analysis, several measures to reduce carbon dioxide emissions are proposed and a number of feasible solutions to achieve the goal of peaking carbon dioxide emissions before 2030 and carbon neutral before 2060 are envisaged.
