	本文研究经典的多项式理论中的Bezout等式在矩阵多项式理论中的情形。使用矩阵多项式的Smith标准型证明了一个关于Bezout等式的推广定理。<br />
This work studies the Bezout equation in matrix polynomials. A theorem generalized the Bezout theorem is proved by the Smith normal form of a matrix polynomial.
