%X 随着改革开放深化，人口流动频繁，北京以其区位优势和劳动力需求吸引着外来农民工涌入从事低层次体力劳动。笔者受1996年唐灿学者《性骚扰：城市外来女工的双重身份与歧视》文章启发，对外来女民工这一群体的性骚扰问题现状产生深厚研究兴趣，想对同一研究群体，限定北京范围，通过时间跨度对比，来探究时隔24年北京外来务工女民工性骚扰现状是否发生新变化、产生新问题。并引导社会对底层弱势女民工性骚扰问题的关注和重视，助推外来女民工受性骚扰问题改善，推动外来女工性骚扰防止保护制度发展和立法建设。<br />
With the development of reform and opening up and the frequent flow of population, Beijing has attracted migrant workers to engage in low-level manual labor because of its geographical advantages and labor demand. The author by 1996 Tang Can scholars “sexual harassment: urban migrant workers double identity and the discrimination” of the article, for foreign female sexual harassment status of this group of migrant workers produce deep research interest, want to the same research group, limited scope of Beijing, through the comparison, the time span of migrant women migrant workers to explore Beijing 24 years of sexual harassment situation whether new changes and new problems. It also guides the society to pay attention to the sexual harassment of disadvantaged female migrant workers, promotes the improvement of the sexual harassment of female migrant workers, and promotes the development of the system and legislation for the prevention and protection of sexual harassment of female migrant workers.
