Given a Lie groupoid <img src=\"Edit_b339e06d-ed2d-4bf2-a24e-422fdc16b9a3.png\" alt=\"\" />&nbsp;and I-space N, this paper considers symplectic groupoid actions of the cotangent groupoid <img src=\"Edit_901c249c-ac79-4e47-955d-d77f0b440c0e.png\" alt=\"\" />&nbsp;on the cotangent bundle T<sup>？</sup>N. Meanwhile, this reduction is investigated concretely.
