%X 在汉英口译实践中，由于汉语和英语在表达习惯上存在差异，汉语的特有文化会给译员带来理解上的困难并影响传译质量。此外，由于汉语和英语在语法层面上的差异，译员往往很难短时间内用英语进行汉语文化负载词的对等表达。因此，本文以释意理论为基础，以政府工作报告、记者招待会、大会主旨发言等材料为文本，对汉语文化负载词的官方译文进行分析，探讨了直译、意译、信息增补、信息精简四种汉英口译策略的可行性。<br />
In Chinese-English (C-E) interpreting practices, due to the differences of expressions between the two languages, interpreters may misunderstand Chinese cultural context, which would lead to in-accurate interpretation. Moreover, it is hard for interpreters to find English equivalents to Chinese culture-loaded terms instantly because of the differences in their grammar. Therefore, in the light of Interpretive Theory, the paper analyzes the official interpretation of culture-loaded terms in the Report on the Work of the Government, replies to reporters’ questions and conference addresses, and studies the feasibility of four C-E interpreting strategies: literal interpretation, free interpretation, adding information and removing duplicates.
