%X 该文以花桥板栗坚果为研究对象，开展常温贮藏、家用冰箱冷藏、家用冰箱冷冻贮藏试验。结果表明：低温冷藏是最好的贮藏方法，贮藏时间达到2个月以上，能保持花桥板栗坚果固有风味。<br />
Huaqiao chestnut nut as the research object, carry out room temperature storage, low temperature storage and freezer storage experiment (domestic refrigerator). The results show that the low temperature storage is the best storage method, storage time can reach above 2 months, can keep the inherent flavor of Huaqiao chestnut nuts.
