The pressure sensor based on wireless power supply and wireless communication has the characteristics of portable, which can get rid of the trouble of battery or charging. And the volume will be smaller than the wired because of wireless. According to the principle of electromagnetic coupling and resonance, a wireless energy supply and wireless communication pressure sensor is designed. The energy transmission is realized by electromagnetic coupling, and the energy maximization in the process of energy transmission is realized by resonance. The circuit of the tag is composed of a 3-turn loop antenna, a diode, a capacitor and a thin film pressure sensor. Firstly, the equivalent parameters of the antenna are obtained by HFSS simulation. Then, the type of capacitor is obtained by resonance, and the type of diode is selected by the characteristics of diode. Finally, the relationship between the voltage signal at both ends of the Reader antenna and the pressure signal at both ends of the thin film pressure sensor is obtained through experiments. The sensor based on wireless power supply and wireless communication can accurately sense the change of pressure and capture the change through the antenna of the Reader. It has many advantages, such as low cost, high sensitivity, high mechanical reversibility, durability and stability.
