Research on the Environmental Effects Caused by Metro Station Construction with Pile-Beam-Arch Method %A 韩子安 %J Hans Journal of Civil Engineering %P 374-382 %@ 2326-3466 %D 2021 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/HJCE.2021.104043 %X 地铁车站的施工将不可避免扰动周围地层,有可能导致一定范围内的既有建筑物发生过大沉降或差异沉降,从而影响邻近建筑物的正常使用和安全。本文研究密切结合施工难度和风险极大的某地铁暗挖车站工程而展开,针对工程建设中存在的主要难题,采用数值模拟方法分别从空间效应、邻近建筑物差异沉降分析几个方面探讨了地铁洞桩法施工对邻近既有建筑的影响,并提出了相应的风险控制措施。
The construction of subway station will inevitably disturb surrounding ground, which may cause excessive settlement or differential settlement of existing buildings within a certain range. Due to this, the normal use and safety of adjacent buildings will be affected. In this paper, a history case about an underground excavation subway station with difficult construction processes and high risk was studied. For the key problems during construction, the space effect and differential settlement of adjacent building were analyzed using numerical simulation method, and the effect of construction with PBA method on adjacent buildings was discussed.
