%X 钢丝绳是船用克令吊重要配套件之一,除了满足正常的破断力、长度及捻向外,扭转性能也是一项重要机械特性。对于某些用途钢丝绳,扭转特性是选择钢丝绳时首先要考虑的因素。部分船用克令吊在交船后出现起升钢丝绳打扭故障,影响克令吊的正常使用,对起升钢丝绳打扭的原因进行分析并找出其解决方法是非常必要的。
Wire rope is an important component of deck crane. Besides meeting the requirements of breaking load, length and lay direction, torsion performance of wire rope is also an important mechanical characteristic. For some purpose, the torsion performance is the priority factor to be considered while selecting wire rope. Some deck cranes appear twisting for hoisting wire ropes and affect the normal use. It is necessary to analyze the causes of wire rope twisting and find out the solution.
